COSMOS/M performs linear and nonlinear static and dynamic,structural, thermal, fluid, and electrical network analyses and designoptimization. COSMOS/M determines stresses, strains, displacements,forces, and temperature distribution in structures subjected to externalloads, forces and imposed boundary conditions. COSMOS/M features anextensive element library, load options, and material libraries withcomposites.COSMOS/M also features a straightforward CAD interface that enablesusers to bring any IGES or DXF file into COSMOS/M for analysis.Applications are supported in all technical fields including mechanicalengineering, civil engineering, aerospace, offshore, and chemicalindustry.
